At TOVEE, we want you to shop with confidence. This Refund & Return Policy explains when returns, exchanges, and refunds are available.

Eligibility for Returns

• Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.
• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email at tovee.cosmetics@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. Please include your order number along with clear photos of the product and its packaging. If the issue is confirmed, we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us by email at tovee.cosmetics@gmail.com or via WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We'll review your request and confirm whether it meets our return requirements.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund or exchange if approved.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error, such as shipping the wrong or defective product.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product instead, please complete the return process above and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.
